While the elections for County Commissioner will not take place until November 3, 2026 and November 7, 2028 we will soon begin collecting funds to support candidates that will successfully run against incumbent Commissioners who vote in favor of rezoning for Project Sail. Our goal is to raise at least $150,000.

Under Georgia law, an independent-expenditure-only PAC, has no spending limits for county elections.

With your support, Coweta citizens will remove Commissioners who support Project Sail’s rezoning request from office and replace them with Commissioners who will put the public interest and Coweta’s rural character ahead of data center development.

Until we get the PAC portal up and running in September, you can still contribute to fight Project Sail by supporting the ongoing effort to keep our attorney on retainer. This fund is separate from the PAC but helpful to the cause. Please visit: Stop Sail Legal Fund
